Moyno® ERT™ Power Sections

Moyno® Even Rubber Thickness (ERT™) power sections dramatically improve motor rates of penetration by providing up to 100% more power than conventional power sections of the same length. The tremendous power and torque capacity of Moyno ERTs also allow them to more efficiently transfer power to the bit. This efficiency has produced ROPs in short ERT power sections up to twice those of extended length conventional power sections. The dramatic improvement in power and torque is a result of applying an even thickness of rubber to an internally machined, one-piece stator contour.

ERT power densities up to twice that of conventional power sections also permit the use of shorter motors without compromising ROP, providing:

• Improved motor directional performance
• Improved MWD/LWD measurement quality
• Increased Rotary Steerable Tool ROP
