The purpose of the new Product Development Process is to evaluate ideas and opportunities and to bring products with the highest potential for broad-based customer application to market in a timely and efficient manner.

The R&M Energy Systems Product Development Process stimulates the flow of ideas through an incentive program that keeps the pipeline of new product ideas full at all times. It also utilizes a review Steering Committee to evaluate all ideas and to approve an appropriate commitment of resources to ensure success.
