R&M Energy Systems Canada has two manufacturing facilities located in Edmonton. Official notification was received March 27, 2002 that both facilities had achieved the distinguished ISO 9001: 2000 certification, having satisfied all of the stringent certification requirements.

"Although our quality standards were already high when we initiated our evaluation, the ISO 9001 certification process has driven our organization to even higher levels of quality. Procedures are in place and have been verified throughout all functions of our Canadian operations that will ensure that we ‘consistently’ meet and exceed our customers' expectations", commented Gerald Sikes, General Manager, R&M Energy Systems Canada.

The scope of the certification comprises the engineering, manufacturing and distribution of oil field equipment including valves, closures, progressing cavity down-hole pump systems, drive heads, rod guides, tubing rotators and related equipment.
